This ONE cucumber plant has been very prolific. It has been making about four ponds of cucumbers a week. I'm the last two weeks I've made more pickles than I have in my whole life. I've made kosher dill appears and hamburger dill slices since the bread and butter pickles. I still have dill relish from last year. Maybe I'll make sweet relish with the next batch. I love the Ball Canning book, it was a good investment.
We also converted half off the closet in the spare room into a pantry. It's pretty empty but it will be full soon.
