Happy Thanksgiving and more...

Happy Turkey day to all that read my boring blog!
I've survived my 5 eight hour days in a row, I don't do that very often.  I have it again next week but 2 of the days aren't 8 hours.  I've decided what I'm going to do but can't tell all.  Time will tell as to what I'm going to do with my job and life in general.
We're getting ready for the day here, yep, I'm up and the other two are still in bed.  I have to clean up the studio because it reverts to the dining room during family gatherings because of my two long tables and more that we haul in.  Steve has the two, yes, two turkeys (12#-13#) in two different brines so we'll see how that turns out.  We are deep frying one and the other is in the infra-red cooker "Big Easy" that we bought last year.
We went to Bullhead City last night after work and hit up Sam's Club and ate dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings.  We had a $20 off coupon for BWW and had great burgers for dinner.  I wanted to see what Sam's Club had in the way of Christmas lights and I was a bit dissappointed this year because they didn't really have very many.  HD has a much better selection.  I need to grab a big piece of nice plywood so I can get another pink flamingo painted up and some elves to add to my yard.  I think I have enough scrap to start the elves but need to look.  Not today though.  I still have a couple dozen Christmas ornaments to paint for the family and the two milk cans for my friend.  Then, I can start on outdoor projects.  I have a cart at HD.com with a couple of hundred dollars worth of Christmas stuff, a LED 7' palm tree and 3 LED pink flamingoes to go along with the tropical theme I have going.  Last year I made the paper and hope to do so again this year. :)
Okay, over and out, I have tons of stuff to get accomplished before 3 pm!  I'll throw in a couple of pictures of my Toy Soldier that I finished for a sample at next weeks class.  I have two more to paint but they were easy and hopefully we can finish them in one evening.
