Quilt Show

I've been on/off about going to the quilt show, do I want to go?  Yes, should I go? No.  But I enjoy seeing the quilts and the quilting so will probably go this afternoon.
My niece Trinity Ann was born yesterday only 6.2 pounds.  Talk about small!  We are going to the hospital on the way out of town today to see her and deliver the quilt I made for her.
It isn't put together with lots of pieces but it is cute.  Wait until I finish the other one I'm making with coloring pages of Frankenstein for blocks.  One of the girls I work with is having a boy and she loves monsters so I'm making this one for her.  The quilt is so ugly and not baby like but will be cute, I hope.  I also need to get Halloween postcards made because they were supposed to be mailed out like yesterday.  I totally forgot about them until I got one in the mail yesterday.    Oh, well, such is life!
I scrambled yesterday and got all my plants back in the greenhouse.  It is now full again.  I'll have to go in and straighten stuff out as I want to plant some veggies in pans so need to clear off some of the shelving and move the hanging plants out of the way.  I put the heater back in.  I have one of the small electric oil heaters from HD that I put on a timer.  It comes on around midnight and goes off at 5 am, just enough to keep it from freezing during the night.  We already have styrofoam on the North wall and leave it there year round, it's easier than taking it out.  Oh, well, time to get organized and get some of my projects done.  My hubby is building the stove pipe people for our next paint class.  We are painting toy soldiers out of 6"x3' sections of galvanized pipe.  They will have wood feet and arms hanging from the sides.  They are very cute!
