It's Monday!

My sister is out of the hospital now, the doctor said they caught it early and now she's doing some healing and has a dr. appt. this week.  She still has to meet with the Oncologist to see what they will do next.  They relooked at all her scans and she does not have a tumor in her neck which is very good news. 
I bought her a kindle and it will be on my account since I have tons of books for her to read.  I've been having fun sending them to her kindle.  She only has wireless on it so while she was here yesterday I hooked it up and downloaded the 60 books I'd sent to it.
I am designing a lizard habitat.  I have a 30 gallon hexagon aquarium which actually has a funny story attached to it.  When my daughter was a baby, I babysat a pet store.  Which means I managed it but didn't make any money, this is a small town. :)  So, it was like28 years ago that on a shopping trip to Las Vegas I bought this cool hexagon fish tank.  I had it for two marriages and about the time I upgraded to a larger tank I gave this one away on freecycle.  Then about 6 years ago I went to visit my sister at her apartment and there was my fish tank.  She's like how do you know it's yours?  I looked carefully and the cuts we put in the top edge to get the filter to fit were there so it was my original tank.  Funny!  Then when she passed, I inherited it back.  It has been in my nieces room until we just remodeled it and she didn't want it any more.
I am getting a green anole lizard for it but not until it is ready.  Steve is making a screen top for it and when it is done I'll start adding the stuff to the inside.  I've been doing a lot of reading on Reptile Zone and learning before I even start.  Have a great day!
