Fruit Trees

I went on the hunt for more fruit trees yesterday.  HD where I work only has a few right now and absolutely no apples nor cherries so we headed to BHC.  On the way I stopped at Island Palms Nursery in Golden Valley.  It looked like a little place from the road and you have to pass it, turn right, and then make another right on the correct street for it.  I wanted to wander around as I'm always sending people there for nut trees.  I was very impressed, they had a ton of stuff and they have all the things we don't have or we have trouble getting.  I will recommend them to customers that are looking for something we do not have.  I am probable going to call them after the weekend if we don't get the apple tree I want in this weekend.  I have an Anna and need a Dorset Golden or an Ein Sheimer to cross pollinate mine.  I did buy an aloe from them and a Stella Cherry.  The 5 gallon pot was the same price as HD so prices are good, too.  In BHC went to the blue store and the orange store.  I found a gopher purge plant (euhphorbia) and no apple trees at either place.  We did spend a lot of $$ at Sam's Club.  We definitely need a bigger pantry, never mind the fact that we have two with the new kitchen.  We still don't have enough room now that I buy bigger portions of stuff and we have a bookshelf on the front porch for the canned goods. :)
I have a bit of clean up to do outside, almost done in my desert area which will now be fruit trees and in front side will also be fruit trees.  I already have a dwarf peach, nectarine, a plum, and an apricot.  I dug up 15 baby apricot trees from under my apricot and transplanted them.  I'm sharing them with friends.  I've been told that they won't be the same as the original tree, but that's okay with me.  I'm keeping one and going to repot it in a bigger pot to keep.
We are tilling the garden in today before it gets windy and I need to get my seeds started for the individual plants, I'm way behind on that.
I got a new app for my phone.  It is a countdown app.  I have 421 days until my car is paid off.  I have 421 days left that I have to work.  I am going to pull out part of my 401K and pay off my one credit card and I'll be a woman of leisure again and can get back into my craft business.
