Another Day...

I've been busy, we spent my days off this last week running.  We had to go to Needles, CA to the Social Security office for my niece.  I hate talking to people on the phone so we drove the 60 miles to the closest office.  We have gotten two different notes saying she was graduated and no longer disabled so she was being cancelled.  What?  She has mild Cerebral Palsey and is a bit slow, she reads at a 3rd grade level, can't count money, nor has any sense when it comes to money.  She spends until gone.  So, found out she's losing her death benefits but her disability will be going up and she won't get any for July but will get it again in August. Now if only she hadn't spent what she had left in her account after I told her to save it for her next phone bill, right?  Good thing I have a small bit saved for that.

Our garden is doing well, I have zuchinni, tomatoes, the green beans are looking ok, have tomatoes and looks like the tomatillo's are doing ok, I think I might have to stake them.  It is my first experience with them.  I'll take a picture later and post it.  It does look good, better than my last try.

I've been asking about credit cards at work and haven't gotten any in a while but I'm asking, asking, asking.  It is warming up now and soon they will only have one person in the garden.
