Common Herbs & their uses

Common herbs and flowers and their beneficial properties:

Basil - antibacterial, mucus membrane health

Bee Balm - antiseptic, antibacterial, respiratory health, calming

Catnip - sedative, insecticide

Cayenne Pepper - appetite stimulant, antiseptic, digestive enhancement

Cilantro - antioxidant, fungicide, builds strong bones, high in Vitamin A for vision and Vitamin K for blood clotting
