The Day Before

Thanksgiving and I'll be at work!   Let's see what's going on at the Cramer house.  I finished cutting out this years Christmas ornaments and got them sprayed with primer yesterday.  We got Stephanie's quilt for her mom's friend loaded on the frame and she got it quilted yesterday.  So far it is of and folded.  It still needs the binding done.  She used all my 6" scraps and my strips to make this quilt and did it all by herself.  I just had to square  it up in the end. 

For those of you who don't read my chicken blog :(   I am EGGCITED!  I got my first two eggs yesterday from my Barred Rocks.  There was a commotion and we went out to look and there was one egg.  A couple of hours later more commotion and a lot chicken she was in and out of the egg box, on the perch and down into the egg box.  I left her alone and she finally went into the egg box and deposited her egg and went on with her life.

It is unusually warm here, like 70s all week.  Totally not normal.  It usually warms a bit at Thanksgiving but not at 70s all week.  We usually have the plastic on the porch by now, the leaves are usually off the trees by now.  Nope they are falling a few at a time.

I got a special order from my show and I got it all finished.  I then went looking for the number to call to let them know it is done.  It isn't in my cash box, darn it!  I think I washed it in my apron!  Hopefully they will call me to check on it or come see me at work.  I did tell them I worked at HD.
