Ten Days Camping

I just had a great vacation and darn it, had to come home!  One day soon, like Dec. 1st, I can go and not have to come back to go to work.  But, we had a great time shopping, well, I ran off with the girls and left Steve at CAMP a few times but he did have FRIENDS to hang out with and he DID almost drink a full bottle of Black Velvet while we were gone. :)

We go to Quartzsite every year for the RV show, we usually walk the swap meets, buildings, shop the tools, look at motorhome stuff, and motorhomes and some days just sit.  This year we ran to Yuma for a day, we shopped, the last two days we were there rained so it was almost time to go home.  I got three loads of laundry done last night and probably have another four sitting there.  My neighbors on each side watch my house and one feeds and waters my chickens for me.  It is nice to have friends close.

My dogs and cats as in two of each were glad to come home where they can go in and out at will.  We took the dogs out one evening and our door didn't close and we were cat hunting at 10 pm..  Found them, they didn't go far, Yoda is easy to catch and as usual Trouble had to check out the underneath of the motorhome from end to end a couple of times before he let me catch him.

While in Yuma we found a Habitat for Humanity Re-Store, it was fun to look around at the stuff.  I scored on two cabinet doors with glass in them.  I am using them for a new small chicken coop for doors to open to clean out.  Only $6 for both of them, I thought it was a great deal.
