Solar Destruction and Construction beginnings

The guys showed up with the plans and a drilling truck on Thursday so they could get the holes drilled so they could put in the forms for the posts to sit on.  the kink came when they got to a hole next to the house and hit our gas line.  The rest of that day was spent digging a trench to find the other end of the line with the joint so they could replace it.  Apparently when our place was put in, the gas line was put in after.  The tongues of the trailer were still there and the line was placed in front of the tongues to the back of the mobile home.  We have since then removed them.  But, aren't they supposed to call 811 and have it blue staked before they dug??   Yep, and they didn't.
Our pontoon boat is now at my sons house waiting for it's new roof to be added.  They are putting a 10' x 30' structure over where we keep the pontoon between the mobile and the cement pad we keep the motorhome on.
