I had a bin full of Christmas fabrics that was chock full. I thinned it out a bit. I thought these would be fun for the Christmas dinner. Save a bit on paper and easily washed. They have been ironed and starched so hopefully they will hold the folds. They are basically easy to make. Take a 18"through 21" (your choice of how big ) circle of cardboard or poster board for a template. Cut in half. You use two different fabrics wrong sides together and trace out, pin, cut, and I used a glue stick around the edges to hold in place. After cut, either use your serger (I sold mine on Ebay long ago because we didn't get along) or using a zig-zag stitch and go all the way around. Then you fold your tree where you have 3-4 layers and iron and starch to set your folds. Quick and easy and I now have a lot less Christmas fabric in only one bin instead of two. Now I need to work on the PANELS bin, I have way too many of them!
