Hunger Games Costume?

This is Stephanie's costume.  This costume has been a ROYAL pain.  The fabric twists to the side when zipped up the back.  I know I laid it all out right on the fabric when cut so I have no clue why it does that.  Maybe it is the blue costume fabric itself.  The neck line didn't fit right in the back and the shoulder area gapped.  I ended up taking some sections apart and put elastic across the inside back and over the shoulders.  You can only tell if you look close.  Luckily the zipper won't be seen since it has the suede over dress to cover it.  I still have sleeves to go on the over dress and they should be done today.  I'll post pic's of them later.
