Salsa Making

This is my first batch.  I bought a case of Roma and a case of Beefsteak.  Both recipes I am using are from the Ball Blue Book-guide to preserving.  This is Spicy Tomato Salsa.  Tomorrow I am making the Zesty Salsa, both with the Roma.  The beef steak will be cut up and canned with onion and garlic.
 
Funny thing is, the recipe said it would make 6 jars.  I got 10, I'm going to need to buy more jars before I can make the second batch.
