Canning Potatoes & Beans

I bought a 10# bag of small yellow potatoes at the 99¢ Only store and I scrubbed them and cut up into chunks and filled 7 quarts.

And today I have 18 pints of beans in the canner.  Lima, pinto, black, and red.  They are out now, don't they look pretty?  Only one so far hasn't sealed, but I have faith.  If not?  I'll eat that jar of lima beans!
