The tallest thistle I've seen in a while was around the campground in Amarillo at Overnite RV Park. It is a little run down but the owner is working on it. She's alone and was tiling the men's bathroom at 8 pm at night. The rate wasn't too bad, we had power and she has 6 sites (I believe) that have a small fenced area for your dog. My dog thought that was great so we stayed there going to SC and back and her rate was much cheaper than KOA.
