Sad News

My dear friend that I finished her three quilts for died 2 weeks ago.  She was in incredible woman.  She had bad scoliosis and has used a walker for years, but she was always smiling.  I am thankful I got her quilts finished for her.  She was very happy with them!

On another note, I'm working on a free quilt pattern from Henry  Glass called Sage & Sea Glass.  Tons of 1-1/2" squares.  Here is one of the 25 blocks, it is not put together yet.  I'm waiting for my student to catch up, she's making hers bigger than the 72" X 72".
