Another Monday

I just had three days off after working seven in a row.  I'm not used to that anymore.  My first day off the weather was beautiful and we took down all the rest of the Christmas stuff except for the icicle lights.  I want them to stay until it gets warm so they will straighten out, then I'll take them down.
I then did some yard cleaning in the back yard and rose trimming.  We also put up white Christmas lights around the back yard for Stephanie's birthday party.  I ordered $100 of stuff from Oriental Trading for her party, decorations, invitations, dinnerware, it will be fun.  She will be 18.  She will graduate in May.  I told her she can stay another year with us to get more mature.  We just opened her a checking account of her own with me on it, SS wants her to have her own account.  We need to go to Needles, CA this week to ask questions and take proof of her own account.  I don't know if they will so automatic deposit into the old acccount or send a check so we need to go and ask.
We went to Chloride, AZ this week to take pictures and do some hiking.  We parked across the street from Yesterday's Restaurant at the park.  We wandered around and took pictures of all the junk in peoples yards for about an hour.  After the photo wandering we hiked out to the Murals.  It was two miles out and two miles back.  I've never been there but my Rick, Sherie, and Steve had.  Steve says it used to be more stuff instead of just paint.  It was still fun to see and we've done that now.  Next week we are going to ride the train tunnels, that should be fun.  The following week we load the motorhome and head to Quartzsite.  I am so ready for that!
