A Solar Investment

Well, it has been a month since we signed the papers to have solar installed.  We still do not have even a post put up.  Plans made, plans changed.  I called to check in and I was told:  The plans are being inspected, the solar panels are here, we are waiting on the brackets, and I should have asked for more details.  It is hard waiting...
Meanwhile, we took my grandson to Vegas yesterday to fly out with his other babysitter, Angie, today to go back to North Dakota.  From there, they are vacationing in Oklahoma for a family reunion and then going to Dallas, TX, where we'll pick him up on the 24th of July.  I put in for vacation time then but so far it hasn't been approved.  Still waiting...
Work has been fun, the scheduler puts me everywhere but where the Head Cashier wants me to be so they just move people and put me in garden.  I guess hours are slim and only getting 20 or so, kind of sucks with the four hour shifts.  Almost not worth going across town, but makes for a short day and can come home and get stuff accomplished.
Modern Day Redneck is in TX, wonder if he's anywhere near Dallas?  I'd love to visit him while there but as big as TEXAS is?  Probably far, far away. :)
