Chick Feed

I put the last of the chick feed in the young girls feed tube yesterday.  When that is gone they will start on layer feed.  It will be another two months or more before they lay.  Steve and I will start the addition to the coop itself before that time so they can all go in the same coop.  In the mean time I'll leave the little red coop/brooder in there for them.  I am pen cleaning this morning and will let them all out for a bit. 
Not a lot going on, they are all doing ok with the heat, Diller gets in the water bowl to cool off.  Yesterday got a scare, the big girls cat litter water pan was red.  Thought someone was hurt but remembered I had beets in my juicer and I give them leftovers from the juicer.  Thus red poop, I guess, either way was weird.
