Molting looked bad for a few, most just have naked butts. Hazel doesn't look as bad as last year but she's pretty scraggly. Diller is looking really great since I let her stay out of the coop for a couple of weeks while her feathers came back in. I cleaned out the little coop area and so next time I'll just make her live in there instead of a dog kennel.
I did a deep clean this week and vacuumed out the nest boxes and sprinkled diatomaceous earth, new shavings, and put in herbs and rose petals. I raked out the inside of the coop, vacuumed it, dumped out the poop boards, I added new PDZ to the boards and put clean straw on the floor.
The worst molt was my Speckled Sussex, Racer, but as soon as her feathers went out pinfeathers appeared so she still doesn't look as scraggly as Hazel the Barred Rock. Last year Hazel wore a Diamondback Sweater because she was VERY naked. She avoided me like the plague last fall because of it, she's still the boss though and she reminds those less fortunate every chance she gets.
I've been getting 2-5 eggs a day. I'm glad I used my extra egg money and bought two bags of Feather Fixer for them before the eggs ran out. :)
