Bonding & Love

My kids are finally getting over their separation anxiety.  Well, mostly, that is.  They both yell a lot when I'm outside, they used to only nicker at me.  I'm sure it will be that way again as they are getting quieter since I took them away.  My breeder said, they are used to you taking them places.  I said, yes, but this is the first time I've ever left them.
They are really bonded to me.  When I drove away, they said they just stood there for the longest time in shock.  When we came back to pick them up, Sheri's husband said they stared at the car, like "is that mom?"  Then when I got out of the car, they started yelling and ran to the fence to meet me still yelling.
Sat. morning I cleaned their pen, fed, and watered them and then I sat on the ground with my legs spread out.  First Dakota came up to me and while I was scratching his head he just laid down between them and laid his head on my leg so I could scratch more, then he napped and chewed his cud.  Meanwhile Dahlia laid down next to me so I could scratch and pet her.  She always does this.  I'll sit on their big bench and she'll lay by me.  This is the first time Dakota has done it since he was small and laid in my lap.  I think they love me just as much as I love them.
