My Singer Featherweight Story

I have had her for several years now.  I wanted one to keep in our motorhome for when we traveled.  At the time I got her we had planned on traveling.  That hasn't happened for which I decided to get goats (another story).
So, I searched and searched and finally bid on one on EBay and I paid $160 for her and I drove to Henderson, NV to pick her up.  She has a few scratches on her,  but has the case and all the extra tools that came with her.  She used to live with a nice man who used to make show costumes with her.  She had a full life until she came to me.  I cleaned her up and she lives in the motorhome, she only uses 3 amps which is great for when we are sitting and using solar power.  She has sewn felt, quilts, and wine glass coasters.  She isn't used a lot, but she plogs along and sews wonderfully.  I eventually would like to find a table to put her in but I haven't found one at the right price yet.  They are always higher than what I paid for her.
