Refreshing Egg Layers

A few months ago I rehomed my Barred Rocks, they were four and not laying very well now.  I picked up another Easter Egger pullet at the fair and someone posted chickens today and I just added two more pullets.  A Cuckoo Maran and a Silver Lace Wyandotte.  I checked for bugs before I put them in my carrier.  I got home and after it got dark placed them inside on the roosts.  We'll see how that works in the morning.

I spent the after noon splitting wood for the winter.  Dear hubby came out and did the couple of big stumps that I couldn't do.  We still have a lot of wood to cut up but need a power saw for that.  All scraps and stuff with a Y.
