Merry Christmas 2016

It has rained here for two days.  It sleeted yesterday and had snow all around us.  My poor goats have been inside for two days.  I'll be stall cleaning today for sure.  I went out yesterday to feed them since they can't come out and my milk room had two inches of water in it.  I'm glad I put a layer of flagstone on their side because it raised it enough that their side of the building wasn't under water.  I know their straw will need changed but at least they could have sturdy ground to be on.  Today should be a cold one but the sky is clear.
The chickens are a bit higher and part of their roof is tin so they also had a place out of the rain.  Little Molly?  Rain doesn't bother her at all!  Just keeps on going.  Of course, Tipsy, our shitzu, goes out and does her business and comes back in.
