Canning

Yesterday I made 9 jars of spaghetti sauce, it taste awesome.  I then put half the leftovers from the Kitchen-Aid food mill in the dehydrator and today I ground it up into tomato powder and I ground up put tri-color peppers also.  Then I used the awesome Pampered Chef apple peeler and got 6 cups of apples ready and made Carmel Apple Jelly, it turned out more of a jam but it tastes great.  I still have two flats of apples in the box so I'm thinking of getting then made into Apple sauce while my kitchen is already trashed.
Okay, add on, I went ahead and peeled and cored the rest of the apples and I also have 11 pint jars of applesauce.  I'm now done for a few days!
