Chicken Photo Op

I am making a photo op for a friend for her scrapbooking booth this weekend.  She brought me the frame and the canvas.  I designed the chickens and have her canvas ready now, which included Velcro on sides and top to hold in place and I have a flap with a chicken face on it that can be lifted up for a persons face to go through or leave it down if not needed and only want one or two people in the picture.  They will be wearing outfits, one has heels, one has boots, and one just chicken feet.  I had to move the middle one down because three bodies wouldn't fit all up high.  Someone can sit or bend over.  Hopefully it works.  It is taking much longer than my money's worth I quoted her, but she's letting me borrow her pomegranate press so all is well. :)

My initial drawing
The canvas with face flaps, after this picture I bought a yard of stiff interfacing and sewed it in and around the faces.  I didn't like the floppy around the faces.
