Moonshine & Canning Soups

I have made two kinds of moonshine so far this winter.  They will be gifts for Christmas, I made Apple Pie Moonshine and this one is Pumpkin Pie Moonshine.  The Pumpkin Pie Moonshine has whipped cream vodka in it.  That stuff was awesome straight!

I have 14 quarts of navy bean soup.  I had leftover pork that Steve smoked that I cut up and used in the soup.  I thought it was ham when I thawed it out, but it will work.  I honestly was only planning on making 7 quarts but had enough for 14, as my friend, Cynthia came over to help chop and brought her All American canner, our first time for using it.  I like it better than my Presto, but had to go with what I could afford.  So, we had two pots going at the same time on my new Camp Chef Pro 60X on my back porch.  Hope it all tastes good!  I plan on opening a jar today for lunch and trying it.

I then did 7 quarts of chicken with brown rice.  I had just planned on doing it without anything and adding noodles later but I had the brown rice so added it.
