I finally got the title on Monday and I called Daniel at One Stop and he started working on stuff on his end. On Thursday he sent out guys to prep the trailer. It now has 3 axles with tires and a tongue on it. The back insulation is covered in black plastic on the underneath but they never came back to finish the front underneath.
The yard is free of debris now, I've taken a total of 4420# to the dump now, the little shed is taken apart and it is the only thing left to haul off. My SIL has a friend that will take any and all wood, so on Monday, will load it up and take it to him on Tuesday. After the mobile if moved out, we will then take down the current fencing on the remaining three sides and get holes augered for the new fencing. Currently the back is 4' and the front is 3', we are putting up 6' on the back to match ours and four foot on the other two sides.
